The Port of Tyne is the UK’s second largest car export hub, handling more than 600,000 cars a year. We have a solid reputation in the automotive world and our three secure, dedicated vehicle terminals are an essential part of that.
Customers including Nissan, VW and Höegh trust the Port of Tyne with their vehicles. Our Channel Tunnel approved automotive rail terminal underlines our reputation for quality, service and security in this highly specialist sector.
As well as our three dedicated vehicle terminals, we have additional land for overflows and one-off shipments. And there’s always room for more; we have more land available for development,
very close to our RoRo berths.
